Specifically regarding the Kindle version of the book, there are no page numbers. This is hugely problematic for textbooks, particularly law textbooks. I requested that an update be made, but I don't expect much. That being said, it is still very convenient to not lug around the physical book and to use the Kindle features. The publisher's website has a PDF of the print edition table of contents, so it is salveagable. I just wish I had known that before I bought it, it might have made me weigh the purchase differently. The convenience, here, still outweighs the inconvenience for me, but it is good to know that negative.

Well written. As with other books from this publisher the notes often ask questions that they don't bother to answer. Very frustrating.

Great read

Do NOT buy the kindle version. If you need this for a class, you cannot easily get the page numbers so it is very frustrating if your professor assigns reading by pages rather than headings.
